A credit card in the name of the primary guest is required for check-in at this property. Payment upon check-out can be made by cash, debit or credit card.
Each rate code has a unique set of deposit and cancellation conditions. Please carefully read the rate requirements for each promotion. Some will require full deposit and are non refundable.
Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am.
Requests can be made for Early Check-in Late Check-out but these are occupancy related and cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate when possible.
16 and under stay free when sharing with their parents
Unfortunately we do not allow pets. As of January 1, 2017 we have become a pet free hotel with the exception of LICENSED service animals
Shuttle service is not available from downtown Vancouver hotels to YVR. We recommend transportation by taxi, Sky-train, Uber or public transit.
Yes. Our hotel offers guest parking for a fee. Overnight parking is limited and based upon availability.
